Spike from Scotland needs POTP

I'm sorry I don't have many details.  I rec'd this link on the POTP Contact form.
Spike has not been well for about a week.  Since I don't know the family I hesitate to 
'borrow' one of their pictures of Spike.  He is a most handsome black cat.
