Urgent POTP for Daddy Bill from Friends FurEVER

Cat Daddy Bill is in ICU due to severe lung problems.  He has been fighting
very hard for several weeks; however, now he has lung infection and is very very
sick.   Mom Sharon is so very worried about her precious husband and would
greatly appreciate any and all prayers.

I don't think she has a blog post up regarding Daddy Bill but I know she would greatly
appreciate any messages you can leave either on this post or at her blog

UPDATE: POTP for Dad of Raz and Allie

We thank Angel Sammy and Teddy's mom for sending this update last night.

Bill is comfy in his room - just had dinner - when shift changes Sharon is going to go home.   They did a CT Scan and there is no blood clot - they think maybe the lung collapse was due to something I've never heard of - a "lung bleb" - which could be related to his having smoked years ago.    At any rate they don't think it has a thing to do with his cancer or his new medication for the cancer - so that's good news.   They say he probably can go home Tuesday.

Powerful POTP for Cat Daddy Bill

Angel Sammy and Teddy's mom sent me this message below.

Knew you'd want to know - Raz and Allie's Dad, Bill is in the hospital - he and Mom Sharon were at Lowe's and he got short of breath..............they went to the E.R. and they found out he has a collapsed right lung (!) - they have inserted a tube and he's been admitted.
They sure do need our prayers. Bill started new cancer meds this week and they lost dear sweet Ellie. Sure do have a lot on their plates.

COSMO ... it was his time, but then it is never a good time. As he wrote, "I was an old cat, at the age of 17. I was a millennium cat born in 2000. I crossed the rainbow bridge July 1, 2017 at the vet’s office in Kennett Square, PA. I was loved very much by my mom, dad and human brother. My grand beans cried for me too." Ali & Mom

Aside from end-of-life decisions, one of the toughest decisions a pawrent can make concerns not being able to keep their fur baby.  Please send POTP to Ali & Mom at Musings of a Senior Kitty.  Find them HERE.
