I am sorry to let you know that my sweet little Sei-Chan lost her battle this morning. Despite everything that Christina, my vet and dear friend, did, she was not able to come back from this very sudden crisis. She started her journey to Rainbow Bridge nestled in my arms. I will take a short break of a few days on the blog, and we will return on Saturday, March 10, for Sei-Chan's very last SEIturday post. Please join us then ... Thank you.

It was a long time ago. And Smokey was the classic "foster failure". But when he came into the Forty Paws home ~ just as a foster, remember? Well, somehow, he stayed. And stayed, and how he was loved. But now it was his time to leave. And so, after many years of loving and living and having found his forever home, dear Smokey has crossed his Rainbow Bridge to a new home, truly forever. Rest well, beautiful boy.

POTP for Lucky at Marg's Animals

Our Lucky boy, the gray and while one, is in kidney failure and this week end he really got sick. I took him to the vet and they gave him a pain killer which had a bad affect on him. He just sat and stared in space for 24 hours. Then finally on Monday morning he finally came out of it.

White Dog and the rest of the White Dog Army stood surrounding CA Stormer Marie's body, now at peace. With heads bowed, WD asked the White Dog Army already over the Bridge to meet her brother and to guide our brave Warrior through the transition from the earthly to the next plane.

Sister Kit crossed over the rainbow bridge today....

Dad Terry here: It’s with enormous sadness that I have to tell you that I had to help Sister Kit to the Rainbow Bridge today. Unfortunately her pain was increasing and her mobility was decreasing. Sister Kit was a most wonderful girl and spent every evening on my lap, I’ll miss that dearly. Dear Sister Kit, we shall always love you and you will live in our hearts forever.

Love you dear one, Dad, Mom, Brian, Gracie, Zoe, Dolly, Precious, Simon and Seal.
