Shawnee Blogville's Hiker-K9 has gone OTRB


Shawnee 3/1/01-8/1/17


Shawnee never gave up her love of hiking in spite of her age and some 
mobility difficulties.  Her loving mom always made sure Shawnee had wheels!

    Madi and I did not know you. Before we prepare this post we read your blog and were truly amazed at the love you had for Shawnee and the love we saw for you in her eyes. To love and be loved like this is truly a blessing. We are sorry for the loss of your dear friend and companion Shawnee.

    We sure did love Shawnee - she and her Mom had the best times together hiking all over the East Coast. We are so sad to see her go.
