Lord God, you are the Creator of all living things. We know that you care for each and every precious life. Please watch over all those whom we love and care for. We pray for healing and relief to all pets who suffer from illness or poor living conditions. We also pray for those humans we have come to know through our associations in Blogville. Give them strength when they are weary, health when they are ill, and hope when they feel hopeless. And we especially pray for those furiends and friends we have listed here.
Hey furiends, I'm not feeling so hot lately. I'm starting to have a lot of trouble moving around, and yesterday I just sort of fell over on a walk and didn't want to move again. (A neighbor ended up driving us home.) Momma is afraid that my heart condition is getting worse.
I have an appointment with my specialist tomorrow afternoon. Please cross your paws that they can just adjust my meds and everything will be fine. To say Momma is spazzing out would be a drastic understatement. I don't like seeing her all leaky.
last week the mom of Molly The Wally informed us that Molly had to go to the Rainbow Bridge...that's what Mollys mom wrote:
It happened very quickly and we were all with her. She had a mini seizure last month on a Monday and then another. I took her to the vet and all her bloods etc came back OK. However then the vet insisted doing an Xray and it showed three tumours on her spleen one quite large. These were nothing to do with the mini seizures and we had no idea they were there and she never showed discomfort or pain. We took her home and within ten minutes we were back at the vets as she was showing signs of stress. It would appear one had burst and we had to put her down quickly before she started to show signs of distress. She did not suffer and we were all with her. We are truly heartbroken. ... we are very sad too and it is hard to believe that Molly is no longer there.... to honor this wonderful blogging friend we know for so many years, I have a post for Molly today. Mollys mom will also post a picture of her beloved pup on her blog today, so if you have the time you can send her a hug via comments.... to Mollys blog: http://mollythewally.blogspot.com
