Our Prayer

Lord God, you are the Creator of all living things. We know that you care for each and every precious life. Please watch over all those whom we love and care for. We pray for healing and relief to all pets who suffer from illness or poor living conditions. We also pray for those humans we have come to know through our associations in Blogville. Give them strength when they are weary, health when they are ill, and hope when they feel hopeless. And we especially pray for those furiends and friends we have listed here.

POTP: Astrid will have surgery

Lorianne, Astrid's loving mom, has written on her blog, FOUR LEGGED FURBALLS, that sweet Astrid will go to the vet on Tuesday for a full toe amputation. The tumor biopsy sadly revealed soft tissue sarcoma, and of course, this will require anesthesia. With removal, the prognosis to be cancer freewill be good. You can read in full at their blog, and please share the Power of the Paw for Astrid and her family. Thank you.

You may visit Astrid at her blog link below or leave healing words on POTP

POTP for Phoebe a brave lady cat

Sweet little Phoebe and family would greatly appreciate your purrs and hugs...

I have stage 4 kidney disease (not sure how I skipped stage 3). My smother and dad are feeding me with a syringe. They have been doing it every few hours for over 24 hours and I haven’t yacked yet. They are hoping I will eat again on my own soon. We are waiting for a compounding pharmacy to mail my phosphorous binder. Have any of you ever tried that? Mom paid extra for overnight delivery, but they took 2 days to get it ready to ship- phooey! I also get fluids at home every other day.
You may leave get well wishes here are at Phoebe's blog
