May we also suggest that you visit the LINK just below. You know, CJ is a very, very special kitty,
with a special story to tell, having survived a devastating fire several years ago.
Though still bearing the scars from that time, and going through a long and difficulty
recovery this little kit and her Mom, Kathi have never given up hope for tomorrow.

Dear CJ and Mom...we wish we had some tried and true advice to offer. The only thing mom can think of is some stinky canned salmon or tuna maybe to entice you maybe you could put it in a blender so that it will go into a syringe. Sending purrs and hugs madi and mom

Get Well Soon. We had a feral rescue cat (since rehomed with a great family as someone in the house is allergic to cat dander) that was seriously thin that did well with a little wet food with coconut oil added for extra calories. If you are considering using coconut oil for your pet, it is best to consult your veterinarian first. If CJ has tendencies abnormal fat metabolism or pancreatitis, it is not an ideal option. If the risk is deemed minimal, starting a low oral dose very slowly and working up could help.
