UPDATE on Mortimer Moo from DownUnder

WE WERE VERY SORRY TO LEARN MORTIMER PASSED 

 YESTERDAY.

 ONE THING FOR SURE HE KNEW LOVE BEFORE HE PASSED...

 We just saw this over on Charlie's Blog...posted yesterday. We surely hope he is better.

Crikey ...... I need to ask a BIG, BIG favour!!  Mortimer Moo is VERY sick.  He needs lots ofPOTH (hoof) if he is going to survive. It is ALL that can save him now. The Vet has given him until this afternoon to improve and if not he will have to be let go.  I'll give you more information soon but for now could you please send Morty as much POTH as you can find. 
He is the  beloved pet of Charlie's little 'girls' and I know they are sad
Poor dear Morty!!

    Thankyou so much Madi and everyone for their kind wishes. Unfortunately Morty didn't make it! He left us last night. We did everything we could for him but he needed to go. He had a bad start in life as his Mummy died soon after he was born and when Jen took him on he was very skinny and very weak. We thought he had come a long way but it was not meant to be. I will do a post in the next few days but for now we are just so sad. Your kindness and Blogville's kindness, thoughts and prayers was not wasted, however. It helped ease the pain for Jen and her family. Many, many thanks!!!
