LADY BUG needs our POTP

Dear friends,
I just read at BICHONPAWZ that Lady Bug needs our purrs and barks...

I copied what her mom wrote and maybe you can leave a comment for Lady Bug on her blog...

"LadyBug is now suffering from another bout of idiopathic trigeminal neuritis.  It seems that people are getting confused between trigeminal neuropathy and trigeminal neuritis.  The former is quite painful.  It does not seem like LadyBug is in pain right now.  She IS confused and does not understand why she cannot control her mouth and jaw.  She also loses feeling in her face and looks quite gaunt."

Let's cross our paws and send POTP to Lady Bug

  10. Thanks so much everyone! LadyBug is a trooper. She wags her tail through it all. She just has a bit of trouble getting used to us having to hand feed her and drink through a syringe. Once she figures out that is the only way she is going to get water and food...then she's fine with it. After a couple of months...things return to normal...hopefully! There have been cases where the dog has never full recovered. This is a condition that is usually found in labradors and golden retrievers. It is very unusual and I have not found a small dog that has it! In 30 years of practice, my vet and her colleagues have never treated a dog with it. We sincerely appreciate all of your POTP!
